Rainfall! A blessing or a curse?

Rainfall is one of God's natural gift to man especially in dry season  where people expect it for certain reasons. For example,  Farmers need it for the effective growth of their crops, etc. In as much as rainfall is sometimes anticipated on, there are equally Hassles of rainfall.
Students suffer most whenever there is heavy downpour, especially 300 level students who find it difficult to meet up with so many activities in school and it goes to the extent of depriving them of so many things, ranging from finding it difficult to get school bus or shuttle  which leads to late_coming to school. The various effects hinder and affect them negatively cause when they arrive late, they may not settle down, rather they will be tensed up especially when the Lecturer is already in class.
Equally,  whenever there is rainfall, the roads become bad which makes it difficult for drivers to discharge their duties efficiently.
Though rainfall has its negative effect, it equally has the good part of it, which is that, whenever there is rainfall and there is no lecture,  people, especially Students tend to get peaceful sleep which is good for health.
