The case of owning  business  in nigeria
Business  as an entrepreneur  is ventured into money making pupose ,and can be disoriented  when staff are under paid, over laboured. And this is a major problem  , affecting  business  enterprise  in  nigeria as a social  community . Using a hotel business  a case study , hotel woke are over labour,and under  paid due to  economic / government  policy  in the country . Where  by the government  dose  not monitor  the  salary schedules of the workers , some the hotel management  create  policy  that does not in any form favour their worker ,or is said to be  self centered  polices . This is one of the major reason for  poor production in organization.
   The question  hear is not only suppose to base on what to do but how it should be done fast .  If Nigerian government  can look into this issues and make a top priority ,it will not  only  go a long way in achieving  good salary scheme,but will also add to development of our trad and production level . On such a way  that every body put in much not just to make money but to get credit  for  job well done .
