Breakfast is the most imporatant meal of the day.



 However there are various misconceptions.

Here are 3 things you should not eat for Breakfast.

Nothing

Eating Nothing is worse than eating something unhealthy.

The reason is that you need breakfast to keep you going for the day. It also helps with your somach and other health related issues. Also, it helps to avoid overeating later on in the day, particularly in the evening.

 

Cereals

Cereals are made from grains like wheat, corn and oats, and generally speaking, grains are really not very good for you, any time of the day. Apart from the fact that they are carbohydrates, and many are genetically modified, most grains contain gluten that can be addictive, and can lead to hunger cravings. They are also very high on sugar.

Toast with jam should be avoided because it is pure carbohydrate. If you’re going to eat toast, top it with protein, in the form of an egg, with or without bacon, sausage or another non-processed meat.
