"IT DOESN'T MATTER THE RELIGION, WE ARE STILL SERVING THE SAME GOD" SAYS WISDOM.

A young man by name Okpara wisdom ugochukwu a 400l mass communication student in the former Anambra State University now Chukwuemeka odumegwu ojukwu university Igbariam campus has on friday 23rd of November taken to facebook to give a short write up on how all religions still serve one God.
The post says thus.
"We must strive to create a world, where religion doesn't divide but unites us under one God, where being a Muslim or Christian does not define us and becomes the benchmark or criteria for choosing or electing people into Office.
We have witnessed with deep regret and sadness what religious divides and intolerance brings with it, most people have lost their lives and even their loved ones to religious crisis which could have simply been averted had it been we had one common understanding,  and unless something is done urgently, religious crisis will continue to be the death of us.
It is our collective duty and responsibility as one people to love our neighbors as ourselves and then  analyze our lives into greatness, into something above average by creating a world where Religion, Ethnicity, Racism ,Gender and Skin colour doesn't define us but content and Intent, because religious violence does no one any good. Peace!!!
#ThatMuslimChristianBoy."
So you see, no matter the religion you practice, you have to try as much as possible to understand that other religions are doing the same thing with you but just in a different way. It doesn't have to be all about who is practicing what, we can all still live together and practice different religions.
So let us rise today and say no to religious crisis which only brings about suffering to our dear country Nigeria, let us embrace peace and love and see our country grow for the better.

Nigeria Struggles With N30,000, South Africa Increases Minimum Wage To N126,400

South Africa has increased its minimum wage to N126,480 per month. The news is coming at a time Nigerian workers are uncertain their struggle for a N30, 000 minimum wage would yield result.

The Global Wage Report 2018/19 released yesterday reveals that the world’s wage growth also hit a 10-year low, the last of its kind being in 2007.

President of South Africa Cyril Ramaphosa said the wage, which would come into effect January 1, 2019, would benefit about six million workers that currently earn R3,700 (N97,495).

One South African Rand exchanges for N26.35.

This means South African workers would be earning N527 per hour: N4,216 per day and N126,480 per month.

Their Nigerian counterparts currently earn N75 per hour, which is N600 per day (at eight working hours per day) and N18,000 per month.

Paid N30,000 as minimum wage, Nigerian workers would be earning N125 per hour or N1,000 per day, which amounts to N30,000 per month.

Compared, a Nigerian worker would be earning less than a quarter of what a South African takes home on a monthly basis.

Nigeria Labour Congress (NLC) President Ayuba Wabba said labour would soon meet to draw up a timetable within which government would be expected to conclude work on the new wage.

A report containing the resolution of a tripartite committee on a N30, 000 minimum wage was submitted to President Muhammadu Buhari recently.

Wabba, who spoke at the opening ceremony of NLC’s yearly Harmattan School in Abuja yesterday, however, declined to reveal the timeline. He hinted that the National Administrative Council of Congress would take a decision during its next deliberation, which might hold next week.

The ILO report finds that in real terms (adjusted for price inflation), global wage growth declined to 1.8 per cent in 2017 from 2.4 per cent in 2016. The findings are based on data from 136 countries.

In analysing wage growth, the report finds that in advanced G20 countries, real wage growth declined from 0.9 per cent in 2016 to 0.4 per cent in 2017. By contrast, in emerging and developing G20 countries, real wage growth fluctuated between 4.9 per cent in 2016 and 4.3 per cent in 2017.

In his reaction to the finding, the Director General of ILO, Guy Ryder, said: “It’s puzzling that in high-income economies we see slow wage growth alongside a recovery in GDP growth and falling unemployment. And early indications suggest that slow wage growth continues in 2018.

“Such stagnating wages are an obstacle to economic growth and rising living standards. Countries should explore, with their social partners, ways to achieve socially and economically sustainable wage growth.”

The report notes that in the last 20 years, average real wages have almost tripled in emerging and developing G20 countries, while in advanced G20 countries they have increased by just nine per cent.

In many low and middle-income economies, however, wage inequality remains high and wages are frequently insufficient to cover the needs of workers and their families.

The report calculates gender pay gaps in innovative and more accurate ways, using data covering some 70 countries and about 80 per cent of wage employees worldwide.

It also finds that globally, women continue to be paid approximately 20 per cent less than men. “The gender pay gap represents one of today’s greatest manifestations of social injustice and all countries should try to better understand what lies behind them and accelerate progress towards gender equality,” said Guy Ryder.

The report further finds that in high-income countries, it is at the high end of the pay scale that the gender pay gap is wider; while in low and middle-income countries the gender pay gap is wider among the lower paid workers.

According to an econometrician and wage specialist at the ILO and one of the authors of the report, Rosalia Vazquez-Alvarez, “The gender pay gap represents one of today’s greatest manifestations of social injustice.”

Evidence, according to the report, it shows that even before women reach motherhood, there is already a pay gap. This therefore suggests a need to combat stereotypes and discrimination at the point of entry into the labour market

JUST IN: Court Remands Man for Raping 3-year-old Kid to Death

A Kaduna State High Court in Zaria, has today, ordered that an accused, Shehu Usman-Bashir, be remanded in prison for allegedly raping a three-year old girl to death.

Justice Kabir Dabo gave the order in Zaria, Kaduna State, when the accused’s plea for bail could not be accepted, after he was charged with rape and culpable homicide.

Dabo then adjourned the case until Dec. 15, for continuation of hearing.

Earlier, a State Counsel, Hajiya Jummai Adamu-Dan’azumi, had told the court that the accused faced a two-count charge of rape and homicide, contrary to Section 221 of the Penal Code.

She also said, the accused, who resides at Yan Bita, Anguwan Liman, Sabongari, Zaria, Kaduna State was a neighbour to the parents of the girl.

Usman-Bashir is alleged to have lured the minor to his room and raped her to death.

The state counsel added that the girl was declared missing by her parents following a long period of absence, which led to a compound wide search for her whereabouts.

She explained that after a thorough search, the mother of the girl insisted that the room of the accused should also be searched.

Adamu-Dan’azumi told the court that it was during the search that the deceased’s body was found wrapped in some clothes and hidden inside the room of the accused.

Disney's Upcoming "The Lion King" Movie, Already Breaking Records Before Being Released

Disney's live adaptation of its most beloved classic animation The Lion King isn't even out yet and it's already breaking records.

With anticipation already building for the remake of the childhood classic, the teaser trailer, the first for the film, accumulated a record 224.6 million views globally within its first 24 hours, becoming the most watched trailer for Disney in a day.

It also happens to be the second most-watched movie trailer within a 24-hour span after Avengers: Infinity Wars earned 238 million views in its first day.

If the trailer can rake in such huge numbers, then it's safe to speculate that the movie itself would be a huge commercial success.

By the way, this was just a teaser trailer. A full trailer that will run for more than 2 minutes will still be released so watch out for that.

EXPOSED!! Channels Tv receives N19 Billion From NNPC To Promote Buhari

There are indications that the ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) party paid owner of Channels TV, John Momoh a whopping N19 billion naira to fan the interest of President Muhammad Buhari since 2015.

Although details are scanty at the time of publication, if this claim happens to be authentic, it would undoubtedly shadow the intergrity of the administration that has paraded itself as an emissary of corruption purge in Nigeria.

It would also affirm the claims that Nigeria is more corrupt under this administration than under the PDP administration of the former President Goodluck Jonathan.

Recall that in his book dubbed "My Transition Hours," launched Tuesday, November 20, the immediate former President of Nigeria, Goodluck Jonathan, alleged  that statistically speaking, Nigeria is more ridden with corruption during this dispensation than under his administration.

Excerpt of the book reads: “It is important to note that despite the many sensational stories, dramatic arrests, seizures and accusations, in which many of them were false, since I left office, the fact remains that Nigeria has not made any improvement on Transparency International Corruption Perception Index since 2014.

“In fact, the 2017 CPI released in 2018 by TI places Nigeria as number 148, a retrogression in which the nation went 12 place backward. In other words, Nigeria is more corrupt in 2017 than it was when I handed over to the Buhari led administration in 2015.

In a sharp reaction, the presidency fired back at the former president calling into question his claims.

However, LeadershipNG tweeted today, alleging as follows:

BREAKING: NNPC source close to the GMD, Maikanti Baru says the corporation has given Mr. John Momoh, CEO of @channelstv over N19billion to promote president @MBuhari since 2015 and block negative reportage against the government.

Details later!

JUST IN: The Presidency Speaks On Debate With PDP

The Buhari Campaign Council has said, President Muhammadu Buhari is not evading debate but will only participate if he is convinced that the circumstances and rules for such debate are germane.

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) had challenged the president to a live debate with its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, on critical sectors ahead of the 2019 presidential elections.

The party noted that Buhari had been mortally afraid of debates, adding that he should accept to face its candidate, Atiku, in a general debate organised by independent bodies at any venue of his choice.

However, Buhari’s campaign team responded yesterday describing PDP’s challenge as mere grandstanding.

The spokesman of the Buhari Campaign Council, Festus Keyamo (SAN) has said that it is the PDP that is notorious for evading debates such as this.

He said that President Buhari will at the appropriate time decide on his participation in the debate after being availed of all the details and circumstances for such an exercise.

Keyamo said: “ First of all, let me say that the PDP has been in the habit of running away from political debates. So they should not come and tell us that they are some kind of super human who wants to debate at all times.

“Obasanjo ran away from debate, Jonathan ran away from debate during their time, so PDP has a history of running away from debates.”

The Buhari campaign Spokesman further explained that contrary to the insinuations being made by the PDP, the office was yet to receive the formal invitation for a debate ahead of the 2019 general elections, adding that it would always assess the circumstances behind any debate before accepting to or rejecting it.

Keyamo also said that at the moment his office was yet to receive formal invitation to the debate but that he will check with the office of the Director General of the Campaign Organisation to know if the organisers have sent such invitation.

According to Keyamo, the PDP is trying to claim what it does represent based on its antecedents.

“They should not come and deceive Nigerians that they are the debaters, they are not the debaters.

At the right time we will let them know, when we know all the circumstances surrounding the debate whether we will accede and not.

“By the time we know how the debate is being organised and the rules of the debate, then we will let Nigerians know whether we will debate or not.

“At the moment he said that the campaign office does not know the details of the presidential debate, adding that it will take a decision on whether to participate or not after studying the rules,” he added.

Football Fans KNOW NOTHING -Says Aleksandar Kolarov

Following the Giallorossi's loss to Udinese  amidst growing criticism of the team's performances, the left-back responded bluntly

Aleksandar Kolarov responded to recent criticism of Roma's performances by asserting that football fans know nothing about the game's intricacies.

Following Saturday's 1-0 loss to Udinese, doubts have been raised over Eusebio di Francesco's tactical plan.

In the lead-up to Tuesday's Champions League matchup with Real Madrid, the Serbian defender was quick to rubbish those doubts in response to whether they can be sure of an improvement.

"I don't have to promise anything to anybody, only to myself in terms of working hard and giving everything i have, and that's what I have always done since I started playing football," Kolarov said.

"The fans have a right to be annoyed, we respect that, but they must be conscious of the fact they know nothing about the game.

"I like tennis and basketball. I have played both since I was a kid and I get angry when my team loses, but I would never offer tactical advice because I have no idea towards that. It's a general problem, fans of every team should understand that."

With Saturday's loss, the Giallorossi now sits 22 points off Serie A leaders Juventus in seventh, with five wins from their opening 13 games.

Progression to the Round of 16 in the Champions League looks all but assured, but according to the Roma coach, only commitment matters.

"In my opinion, it's not just tomorrow, it's something that should always be: always give your all for the shirt that you wear," Di Francesco said.

"There will be 65,000 fans there because Roma has been doing well in the Champions League. It's normal that they're angry, I am too.

"They shouldn't ask me for formations, but for commitment and seriousness."

Future Wants To Kill Me Because I Refused To Abort His Baby - Says Instagram Model, Eliza Reign.

A woman known as Eliza Reign has come out as Future's newest baby mama. The model and entrepreneur says she fears for her life due to threats made towards her. After having discussed undergoing a procedure to abort her pregnancy, Reign changed her mind. Her doctor's visit, which provided further information concerning the operation's health risks, led to her having a change of heart.

According to her, Future "went ballistic" about her ultimate decision of keeping the baby.

The threatening behavior started with members of Future's stopping by her place of work and calling her repeatedly. Future and Eliza still continued to communicate, albeit negatively. She says that Future, who is generally a "cool guy," would likely "calm down" once some of the negative attention earned from his sexual relationships died down. At one point, Future blocked her on all communication platforms after she sent him pregnancy updates and sonogram images. Soon after, she received a phone call hinting at a potential hit: "Be careful. I heard Future want yo head."

The idea of Future wanting to end her in this way seemed farfetched, considering the fact that they have been able to have sustained an amicable relationship for years.

"But a week later for the second time, someone contacted me and said they overheard an industry person (who I won't name) saying that Future got people looking for a Haitian girl that's supposedly pregnant by him." Says miss Reign.

Weeks later, word came that Future "put money on her head." She decided to come out and tell her story in case something happened to her. Her social media posts were eventually removed for violating Terms of Services.

Atiku tells APC - ''Dedicating My Birthday To Slain Soldiers, Not Selfish.

THE Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Atiku Abubakar, has berated the All Progressive Congress (APC) for casting aspersions on his person over his decision to dedicate his 72nd birthday activities to the about 100 Nigerian soldiers recently killed by The Boko Haram Terrorists in Borno State.

He said rather than being the selfish one as the APC claimed over the gesture, it is the ruling party that is selfish for neglecting to sympathize with the slain soldiers or their families.

In a statement issued by his campaign office in Abuja on Monday, the former Vice President pointed out that the soldiers were slaughtered on the same day President Muhammadu Buhari launched his ‘Next Level’ campaign theme with service chiefs in attendance.

He wondered whether that event could have prevented the security chiefs from dealing with the terrorists’ threat to avert the deadly attack.

The statement read: “Our attention has been drawn to a statement by the All Progressives Congress casting aspersions on Atiku Abubakar, Presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party on the day of his birthday and turbaning as Waziri Adamawa.

“Incidentally, the APC’s statement accused former Vice President Atiku Abubakar of ‘selfishness’ and ‘mercantilism’ which is very curious as the Waziri dedicated his birthday, not to himself, but to celebrating the 100 or so heroes of the 157 Taskforce Battalion of the Nigerian Army who lost their lives to Boko Haram at Metele in Borno State.

“That the Waziri Adamawa asked for anyone who wished to give him birthday gifts to instead endow such on the families of the slain heroes is the opposite of selfishness.

“Ironically, the All Progressives Congress that is now accusing Atiku Abubakar, has not seen fit to pay tribute to these gallant men who gave their lives in order to secure the lives of others.

“As a party, they have not issued even one statement condoling with the slain or their families, neither have they offered any tangible support to the families of these fallen heroes.

“Yet, they are accusing the Waziri, who has shown commitment to honouring these heroes, of selfishness.

“As a matter of fact, we now know through Premium Times report, that these real Nigerian heroes were killed on November 18, 2018, which was the exact time that the candidate of the APC, Muhammadu Buhari, invited the service chiefs to attend the launch of the plagiarised #NextLevel launch at the banquet hall of the Presidential Villa.

“The nation can only wonder if the Metele massacre could have been avoided if the APC and President Buhari had allowed the service chiefs to focus on their core duties, rather than on his ill-fated re-election campaign.

“We at the Atiku Presidential Campaign Organisation commend the service chiefs for beating a hasty retreat from the event as soon as they discovered that President Buhari was trying to hoodwink them.

“It took Waziri Atiku Abubakar only a few hours to respond to the incident and express support, while it took the APC’s President Buhari a whole week to express “shock”. We, therefore, wonder who is truly ‘selfish’.

“It is left to Nigerians to compare and contrast who is a leader and who is a follower based on the conduct of these two parties.

“In any case, we would like to inform the APC of Waziri Atiku Abubakar’s call for financial support from well-meaning individuals and Institutions for the survivors of the Metele massacre, and indeed for all who paid the supreme sacrifice in the frontlines for us to be safe.

“Seeing as the APC spent ₦100 million to buy frontpage advertorials in all the papers on that fateful day of November 18, 2018, we appeal to them to consider donating even 10 per cent of that amount to the endowment for the families of our heroes as proposed by Atiku Abubakar.

“If they can spend ₦100 million to promote fraud, they should be able to spare at least ₦10 million to promote patriotism.”

Ladies! Here are 5 Signs Your Male Friend Is Interested In You

1. He talks to you differently than everybody else does.

His body language will be a clear indication that he likes you. Listen carefully to the way he talks to you and compare it to the way he talks to his other female friends. Does he pay more attention in your conversations? Is he flirtier? Does he laugh more, or make more jokes, or treat you more warmly?

2. He can’t keep his hands off you.

When a man like you, he’s going to want to be as close to you as possible, and that means touching you. Not in a gross, aggressive, inappropriate kind of way but in a more innocent and playful way. He’ll probably find excuses to touch you, like picking lint off your sweater, wiping an eyelash off your cheek, touching your hand when he’s telling a story, or even giving you a high-five that lingers a little too long.

3. His eyes.

These will definitely betray him if he is trying to hide the fact that he has fallen for you. He constantly tries to make prolonged eye contact. This means that he stares at you whenever you are not looking or that he looks you deep in the eyes whenever you look back at him. This shows that he is so in love with you that he simply can’t control his gaze.

4. He stays in touch

He will drop all other obligations to hang out with you, do you a favor, or otherwise be around you – even if you assure him it’s not necessary. Out of all his friends, he consistently prioritizes you – though you might not do the same.

5. He rarely talks about other women

You know he is single, attractive, and cool, and there's no way there aren't girls who are into him, but you definitely never hear about them.

And if he does mention girls, it's always with the underlying sentiment that he has not found the right one yet, except he has and it is you.

Woman Kills Lover, Cooks His Body and Served To Workers

A woman has been accused of killing her lover and cooking his remains as part of a traditional rice dish, according to reports. The Moroccan woman, whom has not been named, allegedly butchered her boyfriend before serving his remains to nearby workers as 'machboos' - a Gulf dish similar to biriyani. Local reports, quoting the man's brother, said police found a human tooth inside the woman's blender. The woman was arrested after DNA tests showed it was the man's tooth, The National AE reports. She was reportedly arrested on suspicion of killing her boyfriend, who she had been with for seven years.

It has not been specified how she is alleged to have killed him. But reports claim the incident happened after he told her he'd planned to marry someone else. The death was discovered after the man's brother reported him missing to police in Al Ain, in the United Arab Emirates. When the brother went round to the couple's home, the woman denied knowing where her boyfriend was, reports said. Reports of the man being missing emerged on November 13. The woman initially denied the crime but then admitted to the killing saying it was a moment of 'insanity,' according to reports. She allegedly told police she wanted revenge after he ended the relationship. The woman allegedly cut up his body and used a blender to mince her boyfriend's flesh. She is set to appear in court.

Ladies, Before You Make A long List Of What You Want In A Man, Make A List Of What You can Offer As A Woman' - Ali Baba

Indeed what is good for the goose should also be good for the gander.

If you ask an average Nigerian girl what she wants in a man, i bet you she has a long list of things that she would want to see in a man before anything.

Veteran Comedian, Alibaba took to Instagram to advice ladies to make a long list of what they can bring to the table before making a list of what they want in a man.

I think this is apropos in this feminist age.

Guys, do you have a list?

List a few of the qualities below so ladies can see and perhaps adjust.

SAD!13-Year-Old Girl Who Wrote An Award-Winning Essay About Gun Violence, killed by a stray bullet.

Two years ago, Sandra Parks, 13, wrote an award-winning essay about the frequent shootings in her hometown of Milwaukee and elsewhere, and the emotional toll they have on young people like her.

Two years after she won an award for her essay, bullets shattered Sandra's bedroom window as she watched television on Monday night. The stray bullet fired from outside her home killed her few minutes after she went to meet her mum.

"She took it like a soldier. She just walked in the room and said, 'Mama, I'm shot'. The bullet wasn't even for her."  her sister, Tatiana Ingram said.

Late Parks, who was in eighth grade at Keefe Avenue School, wrote the essay in 2016, when she was in sixth grade. The essay won third place in the contest.

"Little children are victims of senseless gun violence. I sit back and I have to escape from what I see and hear every day. When I do; I come to the same conclusion; we are in a state of chaos.

Our first truth is that we must start caring about each other. We need to be empathetic and try to walk in each other's shoes. We shall overcome, when we love ourselves and the people around us. Then and only then, do we become our brothers keeper" she wrote.

Instagram Launches Crackdown on Fake Followers.

The days of faking your way to Insta-fame could be numbered, with Instagram launching a new push to eliminate inauthentic followers and likes gained via the use of third-party tools which promise to boost your on-platform presence.

As explained by Instagram:

"Every day, people come to Instagram to have real experiences, including genuine interactions. Its our responsibility to ensure these experiences aren’t disrupted by inauthentic activity. Starting today, we will begin removing inauthentic likes, follows and comments from accounts that use third-party apps to boost their popularity."

That could be a major blow to many prominent users - various investigations have found that fake follower and like services are widely utilized across social platforms, with many seeing follower count as a status symbol, a measure of popularity. Given such, PR people obviously want their clients to have bigger follower numbers than rivals, while some modeling agencies, reportedly, wont even take on clients unless they meet a threshold for Instagram followers on their personal account.

That then leads to fakes - and when you add influencer marketing into the mix, where people can earn money based on the size of their perceived audience, its easy to see why such services have become popular.

And theyre easy to find too - a simple search for buy Instagram followers comes up with a range of authentic tools.

As noted by TechCrunch, some of the more popular Instagram follower tools have been shut down in recent times, including Instagress and Social Growth. But many others remain, and while theres a market for such options, more will continue to appear. If Instagram wants to cut them out, they ll have their work cut out for them.

So how will Instagram go about removing these inauthentic likes and follows?

"We’ve built machine learning tools to help identify accounts which use these services, and remove the inauthentic activity. Accounts we identify using these services will receive an in-app message alerting them that we ve removed the inauthentic likes, follows and comments. We will also ask them to secure their account by changing their password."

Instagram also notes that many of these apps also use peoples accounts to fuel further activity - like liking and following other accounts on their behalf. Those actions will also be reversed, eliminating their effectiveness.

It s an important move for Instagram, particularly, as noted, given the rise of influencer marketing. Parent company Facebook has been working to make influencer marketing more transparent, with tools like Branded Content tags and its Brand Collabs Manager, which seeks to connect businesses with relevant platform voices for marketing outreach.

Given its so easy to buy influencers, Facebook and Instagram both know that they need to do more to ensure businesses are generating real results from their investment in the practice - otherwise the option loses credibility, and investment dips, which is clearly bad for business more broadly.

All social platforms are looking to do more on this front - Twitters removing fake accounts at a higher rate than ever before and LinkedIns improving its processes to remove spam and junk content. But Instagram, which sees the most influencer marketing investment of all social platforms, is where the effort really needs to focus.

While the brands themselves need to get better at identifying those with genuine influence over their target audience, any assistance the platforms themselves can provide will also help.

Instagram also notes that it ll have "more updates in the coming weeks" on additional measures its taking to tackle inauthentic activity on the platform.

Buhari warns politicians, 2019 Elections

The President, Muhammadu Buhari on Sunday inaugurated the campaign manual for his re-election in 2019 with a call on politicians to be peaceful and decent in their campaigns and avoid any act capable of setting the nation ablaze.

Speaking at the launch of the Campaign Manual/Next Level Document at the Banquet Hall of the Presidential Villa, Abuja, the president said the call had become imperative in view of the commencement of campaigns by political parties across the country.

“I’m not unmindful that the National Assembly and the Presidential campaign starts today, I will employ candidates to go about the campaigns peacefully and decently. “We have no other country, let us not set it ablaze because of politics,’’ he said.

He observed that the next four years would be quite significant as the country was faced with a choice to keep building a new Nigeria- making a break from its tainted past which favoured an opportunistic few. The president said: “We are committed to deepening the work we started this first time such that the nation’s assets and resources continue to be organised and utilised to do good for the majority of our people. “Our choices will shape us – our economic security and our future prosperity.

According to him, Nigeria, more than ever before, needs a stable and people-focused government to move the agenda for the country onward and upward.

TOP 3 REASONS WHY MEN PULL AWAY FROM A RELATIONSHIP.

Almost every woman has experienced the panic and uncertainty that normally occur when her man starts pulling away or withdrawing from the relationship. Maybe it happens out of the blue, maybe something sparks it but either way, it’s a miserable feeling, one that leaves you feeling powerless and painfully insecure.
These are the most common reasons why this happens.

1. He’s Stressed Out

It’s pretty widely known that when a man is stressed, he retreats to his “man cave.” However, there is a big difference between knowing something and really understanding it. Most women have a hard time accepting that this is how men deal with issues because when we are having a difficult time, our first instinct is to talk about it and seek comfort from friends or loved ones.

Men don’t operate this way. When a man is having a hard time, he needs to pull back and work through his issues on his own. The biggest mistake you can make is not giving him the space to do so.

2. You’re Being Needy and He Feels Suffocated.

A man doesn’t have to be dealing with personal issues to feel the need to retreat. Sometimes too much neediness from you is enough to cause him to back away. Neediness isn’t so much a set of behaviors as it is a state of mind. If a man feels like you need him in order to feel OK in your life, or that you need him to fill some sort of emotional void for you, he will instinctively pull back.

Men want to feel wanted and desired, not needed. This is a very important distinction that most women overlook.

3. He’s Having Doubts About the Relationship

Doubts are normal, especially as a relationship deepens. It doesn’t necessarily mean that it is about you or how great of a girlfriend you’ve been. Maybe he’s not ready for something so serious, or maybe he’s a little unsure if you’re really the woman he sees himself spending the rest of his life with. And that’s OK. Two people can love each other very much and still not be right for each other in the long run. Maybe something happened to spark these doubts (a fight, jealousy, lack of trust, etc.) or maybe it happened out of the blue. Don’t waste your time analyzing the situation to pinpoint exactly what you did wrong, this will only make you crazy.

Comedian, I Go Dye SLAMS President Muhamadu Buhari

Popular Nigerian comedian, I Go Dye, has had it with the ineptitude of the current Nigerian government. He has come out to ask some Relevant questions and throw hard facts at the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, Muhammadu Buhari.

In a post on Instagram, I Go Dye wrote:

THERE IS HUNGER IN NIGERIA DON'T LET ANYONE TELL YOU OTHERWISE

Your Excellency, President Muhammadu Buhari

"As a madact Ambassador on make A Difference Against Corruption Today, it has expanded my passion to speak. It saddens my heart that after 58 years all sectors of our social and economic lives has been plunged in failure. Over the years, millions of graduates continue to wade through trying times, while youths with creative artistry, artisans and our young women have been denied the true values of nationhood, self-esteem has been destroyed, many weep and sleep on a daily basis without a meal

Sir,

The funds recovered from looters in the past few years of your government is 739 billion Naira, Abacha recovered returned loot is 322,000,000 dollars equivalent of 112billion naira Totalling 851 billion naira. why was the Abacha returned loots shared? Who are the beneficiaries? Why wasn't the returned and recovered loots used to finance some of the basic social problems like electricity, repairing our refineries and creating jobs for our youths, build a world-class hospital that can reduce the travelling expenses of Nigerians travelling abroad for medical treatment?

Sir, if our hospitals were well equipped, you won't be involved in foreign trips for medical check-ups. When you eventual leave office, which hospital would be standard enough to offer you this services and to other Nigerians? Who are the looters that returned the said amount? How come they are not facing criminal charges or being jailed? How come politicians alleged with 232 billion naira cases of corruption are working for your re-election? Is it Only those that are with you, that are the presumed saints?

Your Excellency, our budgets for the last 3 years of your government 2016 (6.07 trillion),2017 (7.298trillion, )2018 ( 9.12 trillion)

Total 22.488 trillion naira, yet we do not have access to ordinary clean water, with escalated hunger in the land. In 2015, Nigerian was ranked 3rd among the poorest nations index but today in 2018, Nigeria is now ranked number 1 people living in poverty in world overtaking India . That is why Nigerians are complaining.

God Save us all!

HOW TO LOVE A GIRL WHOM HAS NEVER BEEN IN LOVE BEFORE.

This girl is truly special. She is beautiful. She has gone through crush after crush, with no success. She has had a few glimmers of hope here and there, but she has never been in love. She has no idea what it feels like to truly be loved.

If she lets you into her life, know that this is a rare occurrence. Not because she is a prude or because she is shy, but because, she knows her worth. She knows what she deserves.

So, if she lets you into her life, know that she thinks you are special. And know that this is a big deal for her.

When you take her out on dates, don’t expect her to immediately dive into her life stories. Don’t assume she will be her usual talkative self. She is nervous. She is probably self conscious. Remember, this is a huge deal for her. This is special.

When you kiss her for the first time, make sure she is ready. She doesn’t just kiss anyone. Make sure you kiss her sweetly, and gently. She isn’t a delicate helpless girl, but in this moment her heart is pounding uncontrollably. Her knees are probably shaking with nerves. So, make sure you do it right. When the time is right.

When you ask to be her boyfriend, don’t freak out when she hesitates. This has nothing to do with you. Trust that she is only thinking this hard about it because she likes you. She truly likes you. And she’s never been this close to love before. She’s going to say ‘yes’. Just give her a moment.

Show her that she should trust that it was a good thing she waited this long. Show her you were worth the wait. And that all the years without love were worth it because now, she has you.

Show her that you are the real deal.

Show her you aren’t going to leave when things get serious like the rest of them. Show her that she wasn’t stupid for waiting for love. Show her that, this was the smartest decision she could make, because it led her to you.

And when you fall in love with her, which you will, say it. Don’t hold back. Look into her eyes, and hold her close, and say those three words. And watch her eyes open wide, and watch them gleam with tears of joy. Watch her look into your eyes, awestruck that this is finally happening.

This is what love feels like. Now she finally knows. It’s when you don’t hesitate to say it back. And she found it with you.

Hear her say those words back to you. And say it again and again, so she can taste and touch love in the palm of her hand. Cherish this moment and most importantly, cherish her. You are the first person she has ever loved. And if you’re lucky, you’ll be the only one.

There’s No Such Thing As Letting Go, There’s Just Accepting What’s Already Gone.

All things are good.
All things are designed to serve us ultimately. All things are good.

I know what you might be thinking. What the hell? That sounds like just another nonsensical platitude that you’re trying to pass off as a truth that cannot possibly be true.
But what is it that makes something “bad?” It’s what we’ve decided (or have been conditioned) to believe “isn’t right.” What makes a feeling “bad?” We have lots of feelings, why are some good and some bad? Some show us that we’re on the right path, and some show us how and when and where we need to redirect. How is the former better than the latter? Isn’t the latter actually more important?
Bad feelings become bad when we try to fight them.

When instead of listening to ourselves, instead of permitting whatever feelings are going to transpire, even if they aren’t necessarily comfortable, we fight them — the things that are meant to serve us and show us the parts of ourselves that need to be healed or the places in our paths where we need to take a turn, become “bad.”

In the grand scheme of it all: good and bad are value assignments, and they’re subjective.  To a person, to a family, to a culture, to a country, to a nation, to a race, etc. What’s right to one is wrong to another; what’s good for someone is tragic for someone else. History isn’t taught the same way in classrooms around the world. The second you realize you can define what “good” is in your life, the second you can start to free yourself. Because everything — even the hardest things to get over — can be good, if we choose to see why they’re present, what they need to show us.

It’s a rare thing to love somebody unconditionally. The very basis of love is finding someone who fills a set of preconceived conditions. When the object of our affection doesn’t abide by them as we once thought they would, our feelings begin to falter. That’s why the deepest relationships become the hardest — someone fills an idea of what you wanted and needed, and then as soon as they don’t, you’re absolutely taken aback. You aren’t doing what I think you are supposed to be doing, therefore, how could you do this to me?!

This isn’t actually loving someone. And the key to getting over that kind of half-assed love is realizing that much of what we fight and fall apart over isn’t a matter of whether or not we love someone as a being, as a person, as a presence in our lives — but how much we do or don’t approve of what they do for us.

We’re finicky that way. We say we want unconditional love and happiness, but we don’t behave as though we do. We want love and happiness when we get someone or something. Why? Because i t puts the responsibility of choosing happiness, working on it, and toward it, on something else.
The first step in regaining your locus of control, your embodiment of self, is to permit all things. Allow the love, allow the loss, allow the ebb and flow. Don’t harbor intention; just be. How quickly do even our deepest troubles fade away when we center ourselves on this?

In the Tao, it says that softness is the equivalent of life. Bodies stiffen in death. Trees that harden are cut down. Therefore, hardness is death and softness is life.

When our hearts harden, when parts of us are blocked and filled with unfiltered emotions, we’re forced to break them. The trees are chopped, the bodies decay. Hardness can only exist for a time.
The brain has a mechanism where it focuses on the most severe pain and blocks out all the others. It focuses on the hardest part, and forces us to face it. Even though it feels like we’re dulling all the other pains by focusing and concentrating on one: we’re not. We’re just furthering ourselves on the path of openness.

I once had an ex who said to me: “I have no intentions with you.” And I freaked out. What the hell do you mean you have no intentions? You don’t care if you’re with me or not? You don’t want to further our relationship?

What I didn’t realize then was that he was loving me more than anybody else — because he loved me no matter what transpired. And he was ensuring that he loved me unconditionally because he was renouncing his conditions.

And harboring no intentions, placing no expectations, allowing all things to be without assigning good or bad value to them, is the only way you can have any shot at actually loving someone.
Even in the final acts of coming to terms with the parts of us that are broken open to heal and go back to softness, we try to take a self-involved control. We say we have to “let go” as though we’re choosing to reject someone or something, even though we’re the ones who have already been rejected.

But you can accept the things you don’t like. The uncomfortable aspects of life can still be good. You can dislike them and choose not to fight them. You can let the things that hurt you show you the places you need to be softer and more open and more accepting or ultimately move or change or alter your experience.

As i've said before, there is no such thing as letting go, there’s just accepting what’s already gone. There’s losing ourselves in the labyrinth of the illusions of control and finding joy in the chaos, even when it’s uncomfortable. It’s not forever. It only remains as long as we hold on to it. As long as we fight. As long as we control. As long as we don’t accept what’s already gone.

Lady shares story of how a man refused to sit between two women at a bus park (photo).

As far as commercial vehicles are concerned, a lot of drama goes on between the passengers, bus conductors as well as the driver. Some of these arguments are resolved in no time while others do not end their talks till they get to their destination. A pretty young lady has taken to social media to share a story of how a young man refused to seat in between her and another lady in a bus while on her way to Onitsha. According to her, she disclosed that the man said it is a taboo.

The incident did not end there but went on until the driver supported the young man against the women. This happened after the young man walked to the driver for a refund but obviously the man wasn’t ready to return his transport fare.

Lady shares story of what happened between her and a male passenger in Onitsha (photo)

Her post reads: “I had a cussed experience on my way back to Onitsha. I boarded a car to Onitsha, a lady was already at the back seat of three and a guy at the front. I got in we were left with a passenger. We waited for the longest minutes before we got another passenger to complete the number of passengers needed. I stepped down from the car for him to get in, He surprisingly stared at me and asked I get to the middle space while he takes mine (No, it didn’t come as a plead. It was a normalized act I never knew existed). Well, I declined. Nna a, i saw the two spaces and chose that which will be comfortable for me. He continued to lecture me how it’s a taboo for a man to sit between two women. Kedu kam ga esi wey noro ebea, umu nwanyi ana akpakom, how would I sit and allow two women shrink me? This is a public car, we paid same fare, we arrived before him and everyone took a space that suits them. While he was lamenting, I asked him to excuse me so I sit on the space he rejected, as he foolishly did, I got back to my space and told him to use the next door when he’s ready to get in. (Bless his soul, I’m sure he wouldn’t want to mess with the grim lady next door). Oga resorted to yelling. At this moment, nobody cared—neither the lady nor I. He met the driver and asked for a refund, perhaps; the driver queried to know why, hence he approached us and said; Kedu ka Unu ga esi rapu nwoke ka onoro n’ etiti umu nwanyi abuo?, how can you allow a man sit between two women? It was a rhetorical question we didn't bother answering. I picked my phone and got myself busy while expecting either a refund or a new passenger to replace the ‘oracle.’ Finally, another passenger arrived a man, younger and sensible one. He paid for the space the oracle rejected. I wasn't surprised how the driver briskly refunded his money. We should blame his irrational reasoning on the quest for a customer right? Our car was the last. The oracle was left with two options to use a bus or wait till other cars arrive from Onitsha. Whatever his best option was, I sincerely don’t care. I need a glass of chilled water to calm my nerves.”

Legit.ng earlier reported that a pretty lady, took to Instagram to share her interesting reasons for dating married men. In a video posted on her page, the young lady can be heard saying that married men are better because they give out money and there are no strings attached, unlike dating a regular guy. Nawa o!

5 Things Most Men always think About In A Relationship

1. Trying to compare himself to your ex

One of the fears all men have especially in a new relationship is that their girlfriend only sees them as a rebound relationship and that she still loves her ex. He wonders if you are with him just to get over someone from your past or to make your ex jealous. Do you have some emotional baggage that might ruin your future relationship? The fact is that he’ll secretly want to know all about your ex and the relationship the two of you had. He overthinks about the love you felt for your ex and the love you’ll feel for him. Do you have someone from the past who you think was your soulmate and will he ever take his place in your heart?

2. His sexual performance

Many guys connect their value as men exclusively to sex. Your boyfriend’s sexual performance and the fact that he is a stud in the sheets are what he thinks determine his masculinity. That is why every man wants to impress you in bed and do his best to show you all of his skills, especially at the beginning of the relationship. But all of this desire to be as good as possible creates a huge amount of pressure for them and usually makes them underperform.

3. Killing the butterflies

When you start a new relationship, you don’t see each other’s flaws and imperfections. Nothing annoys you about your partner because the butterflies in your stomach consume you completely. But how do you keep this spark alive? What can he do to make you keep falling in love with him every day? How can he keep you interested? Will he always have the ability to make you laugh and to put a smile on your face? And what happens when the spark dies out? What happens when the butterflies are gone? Does that mean that your relationship will be doomed to fail?

4. Losing his masculinity

One of the things almost every guy fears is being less of a man the moment he falls in love and the moment he starts showing that love. At the beginning of the relationship, they are always torn between playing hard to get and risking being too clingy. Will loving you make him lose himself? Will he feel trapped and caged in this relationship after a while? Will he become too vulnerable and will he lose his masculine side if he opens up to you too much?

5. If he is enough

Is he really the man for you? Can he meet all of your needs? Could you do better? Would you replace him with some better looking or more successful guy with more money? Are you settling for less with him? Are you with him just not to be alone and because he is convenient or is he the man you want to be with? Do you think of your relationship as a meaningless fling or can you see a future for the two of you together? This might come as a shock to you but these are all the questions that are going through your boyfriend’s mind and which keep him up most nights, even though he might never admit it.

Can't Sleep? These 11 Foods Can Be Your Edible Lullaby.

There is no overstating the role of sleep in the life of humans. While there are many ways to rest, sleep is the ultimate form of rest.

The body needs about eight to 10 hours of good sleep everyday.

Poor or insufficient sleep causes mood swings, unproductiveness, and adverse health issues including stroke and insomnia.

Do you find yourself, after a stressful day, staring at the ceiling, unable to find sleep? Try out these foods below.

Fig

Fig packs potassium, magnesium, calcium, and iron. These minerals help with blood flow and muscle contraction, which are key for falling asleep.

Watermelon

Sometimes, all you need is water to sail you away to sleep. The water content of watermelon will hydrate you before bed and induce sleep.

Cantaloupe

Since dehydration can impact your ability to fall asleep, choosing watery fruits can make up for any deficits. Like watermelon, cantaloupe relives dehyrdration, calms your nerves and rocks you into sleep.

Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes are great sources of potassium, magnesium, and calcium to help you relax. Magnesium is a powerful mineral that is instrumental in sleep and is a natural relaxant that helps deactivate adrenaline.

Prunes

The nutrients in dried plums — vitamin B6, calcium, and magnesium— help make melatonin, the hormone that regulates sleep.

Almonds

Almonds contain tryptophan and magnesium, which help to naturally reduce muscle and nerve function while also steadying your heart rhythm.

Cherries

Cherry is another good source of naturally occurring melatonin, a hormone which regulates your sleep cycle.

Dark chocolate

For a better mood, increased concentration and ease of sleep, dark chocolate has got your back. Its serotonin content will relax your body and mind and send you sleeping in no time.

Bananas

The magnesium and potassium content in banana serve as muscle and nerve relaxants.

Dairy products

Milk, low-fat yoghurt, cheese all contain tryptophan, an amino acid that when ingested gets turned into the neurotransmitter serotonin and then converted into the hormone melatonin.

Broccoli

Broccoli is a rich source of calcium, another mineral that helps the brain make melatonin. A lack of calcium can cause you to wake up in the middle of the night and have difficulty in going back to sleep.

ATIKU WORKS OUT A STRATEGY TO CRASH PETROL PRICE TO #87

The PDP says, its presidential candidate, Alhaji Atiku Abubakar, has worked out a template that could crash petrol price to N87.

According to the opposition party, under the current subsidy regimes of the Buhari presidency, petrol price should be within the borders of N87 to N90 per liter as against the N145 currently being charged for it.

It stated that the nation would not have been in these dire straits it currently finds itself, had the Buhari administration heeded wise counsel

The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that a pricing template which could immediately crash the pump price of fuel in the country, has been worked out by its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar.

The party made the disclosure in a statement sent to Legit.ng by its national publicity secretary, Kola Ologbondiyan, on Thursday, November 1.

Ologbondiyan disclosed that the PDP had been involved in high level talks with top international players in the oil and gas industry, in order to achieve this target.

The statement read in full: “The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) says its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has worked out a pricing template that will immediately crash the pump price of fuel in the country, since the President Muhammadu Buhari-led All Progressives Congress (APC) administration, in its insensitivity, has failed to do the needful in the past three years.

“This is just as the PDP completely rejects the Buhari-led federal government’s increase of the official prices of diesel and kerosene, stating that such will bring more economic pressure on the already impoverished nation, as most businesses and homes across the country heavily depend on these products for sustenance.

“The party revealed that it has been in high level talks with top international players in the oil and gas industry, adding that its engagements has shown that the appropriate pump price of fuel in the Nigerian market, under the current subsidy regimes of the Buhari presidency, should be within the borders of N87 to N90 per liter as against the N145 currently being charged.

“The PDP said with the current price template of crude oil in the international market, the Buhari administration has no justification to keep the pump price of fuel at N145 per liter and watch Nigerians groan under the weight of high prices, while a cabal at the presidency loots the funds meant to subsidize the product.

“The PDP notes that for every N145 paid for a liter of fuel, the presidency cabal diverts a hidden N58 which Nigerians have continued to pay, since the fuel price was increased from N87 to presumably subsidized cost of N145.

“Apart from failing to account for the over N1.4 trillion allegedly siphoned through sleazy oil subsidy deals, the Buhari-led federal government is burdened to account for the over N3.49 trillion stolen under the hidden N58 per liter of fuel on over 50 million daily domestic consumption estimated in the last three years.

“The PDP notes that had the Buhari administration heeded wise counsel to be transparent in its dealings in governance and to engage more experienced hands on petroleum issues, the nation would not have been in the dire straits we face today.

“The party however urges Nigerians not to despair as its presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar, has already worked out a blueprint that will end sleazes, ensure appropriate pricing template and free resources, to guarantee availability of product on a national pricing regime.”

Meanwhile, Legit.ng previously reported that the Independent Petroleum Marketers Association of Nigeria (IPMAN) in Kano state called on its members to ignore the stories on social media, that the federal government is planning to reduce fuel pump price from N145 per litre to N95 per litre.

The IPMAN chairman in the state, Alhaji Bashir Dan-Malam, made the call in Kano on Tuesday, the 30th of October 2018.

The sprint king looks to becoming a professional footballer elsewhere.

The sprint king Usain Bolt and Central Coast Mariners have amicably agreed to end the Jamaican's training period after a suitable commercial agreement couldn't be found.

Though the Mariners did offer the eight-time gold medalist a contract, the offer was a far cry from what the 32-year-old was after and though the club looked into finding some commercial partners, both parties have agreed to end the trial.

Having been with the club since August and scored a famous double in a trial match last month, Bolt thanked the club for giving him a chance.

"I would like to thank the Central Coast Mariners owners, management, staff, players and fans for making me feel so welcome during my time there," Bolt said.

"I wish the club success for the seasons to come."

Mariners owner Mike Charlesworth was a key figure in organising the trial and though disappointed a deal couldn't be struck, praised Bolt's commitment to the club and the light he shone on the club and Australian competition.

“Despite the fact that we could not come to an agreement that would continue Usain Bolt’s football journey with the Central Coast Mariners, we’ve been thrilled to have the Olympic champion sprinter and world record holder as part of our Club for these past eight weeks,” Charlesworth said.

“For the Mariners, it’s been a pleasure to work with Usain as he pursued his desire to become a professional football player.

“This has been a mutually beneficial partnership that brought an increased level of excitement and attention to both the Mariners and the A-League.

"From day one, Usain dedicated himself to being part of the Mariners. He integrated very well into the team and made great strides as a footballer."

It's unclear what Bolt's immediate plans are, but having received a contract offer from Maltese side Valletta last month, he shouldn't have a problem finding another suitor to keep his football dream going.

Its November! 7 Things You have to Focus on as the Year Comes to an End

1. Focus on the Goal and not on the distraction:
Whether it's a project, vacation, or a skill you want to hone, focus your thoughts, energy, and actions on how it feels to get closer to something that really matters to you.

2. Focus on the Future rather than the past:
Successful people focus on what they will create and not on the circumstances that brought them to this point.

3. Focus on Blessings and not on Regrets:
Cultivate an attitude of gratitude by sharing your abundance with those around you. Not only will you feel good, but your mindset will shift, helping you to create more of what you want and less of what you don't.

4. Focus on Lessons Learnt and not Offence:
The purpose of lessons learned is to bring together any insights gained during a project that can be usefully applied on future projects. Don’t beat yourself up by how the lesson was communicated.

5. Focus on Love and not on Hate:
Someone did something sneaky, nasty or mean to you, and now you hate him for it. You’re absolutely right. What they did was wrong but hating is bad for you. It’s unhealthy and you can’t be happy until you trash it.

6. Focus on you not on the opinion of others:
When you concentrate on what's important, you'll think less about the opinions of others.

Another person's opinion is often based not on your beliefs and behavior but on theirs. What's good for them may be terrible for you, or vice versa. Be who you want to be from your own perspective.

7. Focus on the Good not the bad:
When we give over our power to others and allow their impressions to become how we are perceived, we lose out on who we really are. The only reality we can see is how we believe others see us. Focus on the good.

Few Secrets to Make Your First Kiss More Memorable

#1 Plan ahead. A first kiss never pops right out of the blue. Even if it seems like an unplanned heat of the moment thing, the setting you create around each other is what gives you the opportunity to kiss your partner.

The best time to kiss a date or a friend is when you’ve spent quite a while with each other, either on a date or while seeing a movie at home because that gives both of you enough time to warm up to each other.

#2 Build the sexual tension. Your date must want to kiss you back, or at the least, you must know that your date would reciprocate it before you try kissing them. Try to sit close to your date. It’s a great way to pass your sexual vibes to them. And most importantly, speak in a low and soft voice, no shouting.

#3 Avoid distractions. Distractions are the bane of first kisses. You won’t believe the number of first kisses I’ve missed out on because of a cell phone ringing at the wrong time or a bladder full of pee (lol) .

#4 Location. The location plays a big part in a first kiss. If you play your cards well, a first kiss could lead to a lot more within minutes. I remember the first time I tried kissing a girl in front of her house, it didn't go so well.

#5 Hygiene. Bad breath ruins any chance of a first kiss. If you’re planning to kiss your date after a garlic-infused dinner or a long drive, make sure you pop a breath mint into your mouth. If you want to make your first kiss feel a lot sexier, drink a sip of water a few seconds before trying to kiss your date. It makes your lips feel moist and a lot more kissable.

#6 The right kind of touch. The way you touch your new lover while trying to cozy up with them makes all the difference in a perfect first kiss. Constantly touch your date on their arms or play with their fingers. Let your date feel comfortable with your touch, and even like it.

Are You Being Ignored After Sex? The Truth Behind Ghosting After Sex

You slept with someone. Now, they’re ghosting you. Ouch. But rather than feeling sorry for yourself, it’s time to check out why you’re being ignored after sex.

1. They only wanted sex.

Now, this is completely cool if you talked about this prior to the sex. That way, you know that sex was only what they wanted. While ignoring isn’t nice, you have it figured out.

If you didn’t ask what they were looking for prior to having sex, well, then you allowed yourself to be vulnerable to this type of behavior. What are they looking for? Casual sex? Getting to know you? A relationship? What?!

2. You don’t know what you want.

At the end of the day, people can tell when someone doesn’t know what they want. They may have slept with you and then realized that you’re looking for something more serious or more casual that doesn’t fall in their list of needs.

Because you didn’t state your needs, they may have assumed that you aren’t on the same page with them. So, instead of talking to you, they ignored you.

3. They didn’t want anything serious.

Now, I don’t want to assume, but I have a feeling that you slept with this person before making a commitment to each other. I’m not judging, we’ve all slept with people before even talking about what we want in relationships.

They didn’t want anything serious which is why they ignored you after the sex. Depending on gender, men are able to have sex without feeling emotions, while women biologically have an emotional experience when having and after sex.

4. It wasn’t “it.”

Though everyone has sex, sexual experiences differ from person to person. For example, you may have had an amazing sex with one person while the next person you sleep with, the sex will be completely different. We’re not designed to have amazing sex with everyone we meet. We all have different bodies. Each vagina and penis is different and not all of them will fit together.

5. They freaked out.

Listen, the sex might have been wonderful , for you and your partner. It blew each other’s mind. But sex can be funny. You both had an amazing experience, but your partner is freaking out. They think about the future and what they should do which results in them freaking out and end up ignoring you.
